NSV-My first?!?
Not sure if it's my first or not, but we went to the pumpkin patch over the weekend and my wife took pictures of my son and I. I got so many positive comments from people on that post telling me how much skinnier I look and how I look great, that I actually took the time to re-evaluate my own view of my self and could see some progress there. Is it perfect, NO, is it better than pre-surgery, ABSOLUTELY! So I'm taking that as an NSV and running with it!

Congrats! I was never much of a selfie taker, but I've definitely enjoyed the praise a few Facebook posts have gotten me.
NSV = Non Scale Victory For example fitting in a airline seat without the extender, riding a bike, fitting into smaller clothes
