L: 1/4 cup tuna with 1 tbsp of mayo and maybe a cheese string possibly

S: source greek yogurt strawberry cup

D: homemade shepherds pie with just hamburger, gravy, and mashed potatoes 1/4-1/2 cup (ALL TOGETHER)

Hi Kristein and all,

It sounds like it's a day full of "ugh why did I eat that" moments...I had two pieces of pizza (minus the crust) at a 2 year old's birthday party last night, so today is full of protein protein protein. I mean, of course pre-op I would have had 4 slices, plus the crust, plus a cupcake, plus wine, so clearly I am better off now, but still, that was not in my plan.

I am working from home, recovering from Thursday's arm lift, which went so smoothly and fabulously! It's all I can do to stay still and recover. I am sure I am walking too much, but I am sure to hold my arms still when I walk (I look so weird, with my bandaged arms stuffed into a hoodie's sleeves and they are huge plus not touching my sides) but I am so stir crazy! I feel good, I think the incisions look good, and overall I am so happy with the results so far. I can't wait to not have bat wings!!! Right now they are swollen and bandaged so I can't say for sure that they look awesome, but seeing my LBL and BL results from the same surgeon, I am confident they will give me the result I seek!

Time Since Surgery: 22+ months

B: Coffee with light half and half, Quest pumpkin bar (which I actually liked though I don't like pumpkin flavor!)

L: One deviled egg, one small piece of rye bread with Whole Foods Mediterranean tuna salad (I am obsessed, it's tuna with artichokes and kalamata olives and red onions and roasted red peppers)

D: Jerk chicken breast and roasted cauliflower

E: I am banned from exercise so I will get 10,000 easy and slow steps in (I did on Sat/Sun so today will likely be the same).

First time posting on this and hoping it keeps me accountable

3.5 years postop btw

B- 1 egg scrambled w 1tbsp cheddar cheese

S- had a new neurology appt so i just had 2cups of coffee (NO BUENO)

L- 1c homemade chili and 3 melba rackers

S- handful of peanut M&M's

D-more homemade chili plus some ff sour cream

B: 1/2 C lemon Greek yogurt with 8 fresh raspberries and 1 t chia seeds

S: 1 scoop Syntrax protein in water

L: 2/3 C 1% cottage cheese

S: 1 scoop Syntrax protein in water

D: 1 C spinach salad (made with bacon and hard-boiled egg)

kcal: 656, carbs: 36, fat: 18, protein: 83
