Hi and Welcome to a great source of support. I like ALL posts (right on, fun, annoying, or questionable) and ALL contributors because I continually learn the right or wrong way to be. Therefore, I don't use "friends" or "likes" features. However, I do hope to learn how to post my own photos which will make you want to add the word "boring" to the fore-mentioned list of words in parentheses.

thanks for your reply. Today was hard for me, I had a sit down with the family. I heard everything from why can't you be strong and lose the wt without surgery to that's dangerous. I went on to explain no more dangerous that carry an extra 180 pds.hope you had a good day.
