Pre breast lift, I also called my boobs empty tube socks. My plastic surgeon referred to them as "Snoopy ears" lol. Now, with a very fabulous and technical lift plus some of my own fat liposuctioned out of my mid-section and added to my boobs, I have perky 32 or 34 Cs. I am ecstatic. I don't even have to wear a bra. I wish everyone got a breast lift after weight loss (like, it was part of the RNY surgery at a later date lol). It might be the best gift I ever gave myself.

I dream of plastics.... alas, they are not in the budget

I was doing a pilates workout this morning, and was doing a "bicycle" move. OMG all my excess thigh skin POOLED at the bottom of my thighs.....what a horrible site that was!

As much as I hate my new boobs, the extra thigh skin is what I would change first. I had no idea I was carrying that much extra weight in my legs.

My thighs too a life of their own this summer when I was in tbe pool. They kinda floated like a stingray fish. Small children found them fascinating and were too innocent not to ask :)

After nursing twins 22 years ago, and losing 80 pounds so far, even though they are still DDD, I always say I have to roll them up to put them in my bra...Excited about eventually having surgery to fix things, but that is quite a ways off.

Good morning! I had a good run yesterday afternoon. I think I've figured out that 30 minutes of aerobic exercise is where my blood sugar starts to drop. So from now on I'm going to refuel at 20 minutes. I'm playing with peanut butter packets and dried fruit to see which is easiest to carry. I have my first 5K on Saturday, so that will really tell.

B: fage 2% plain yogurt with nuts, seeds, and cranberries

S: 2 peanut butter crackers

L: chicken thigh with spaghetti sauce and lentil pasta (That stuff is good. Who knew?)

S: baby bel gouda and dried figs

D: grilled chicken, side salad with light dressing, cuties - I have to be at church tonight and a German man in our congregation is making dinner for everyone. (Small church). It's fatty sausages and noodles and stuff. I'm just going to claim RNY and bring my own food. Hopefully he won't be offended. I know I'll be sick if I eat his delicious food.

S: siggi's coconut yogurt

EX: rest day

Cal: 1411 Protein: 110 Carbs 117

Way to go!! Fueling my body during workouts has been one of the hardest things I've done since surgery. It took a long time to figure out both what my body wanted (carb/protein ratio) and what my tummy would tolerate. Good luck and keep it up!

At this point, I don't think long runs etc would be good for me (if I was a runner that is lol), because I CANNOT eat then immediate go for even a walk. My pouch always rebels and feels horrible or produces SO MUCH SLIME...its soooo gross.
