Calcium Chews

Yes, I actually use the 30 mg grape with C chewable. I used to use the 60 mg, but my iron levels are high and my ferritin is too. I like them very much. I take them in the evening at least 2 hours from my last calcium. I have been considering using Tender Iron, however, as it is supposed to really help with iron constipation issues.

I'm with Grim on this - if the choice is between cherry and orange - orange wins every single time.

I LOVE the berry in the chewy bites -- OMG, I could eat the whole package in one sitting. Seriously. I like the berries and cream in the Calcium 500 Plus -- but the tart cherry is my favorite -- it's not cough syrupy ( I hate that) -- it's tart like a cherry sweet tart.

I am pretty anti-orange flavor. I would choose banana over orange. Orange always makes me think of those insufferable vitamin C tablets....

I use Bariatric Advantage. I enjoy the taste of the peanut butter chocolate and Camarel ones the most.

I loved the calcet brand in the beginning, both the lemon and chocolate. They aren't as chewy and I found them easier to tolerate. I've heard some say that the 250mg Bariatric Advantage taste better than the 500's... you just need to take more.

I used to love the Bariatric Advantage caramel ones but decided to try the chewy bites chocolate. They taste like tootsie rolls which I love and miss.
