Hey-o! Happy (photo) Friday from rainy Syracuse! I hear there's a chance of snow showers tomorrow up in the Tug Hill region. WTF, CNY? So I know I promised pics of my terrible hiking experience, but they're on my son's tablet and I've yet to figure out how to transfer them to...well, here. LOL I think this weekend when the dynamic duo are camping with the Scouts, I will take advantage of -0- distractions and work on that. I'm low tech, for real, so it may take me all weekend. But, but Luddite tendencies should not prevent all of you from posting pics of your bright shining faces, so snap to it!

You guys! I weighed in the morning at 155 lbs. I've lost (to date) 156 lbs. I am officially half the person I used to be. LOLOL And you know what? That's kind of messing with my head a little. I think I need some therapy or something but it's hard for me to articulate exactly what I'm thinking/feeling so it would be an hour of me just saying "I don't know how to explain it". LMAO Oh well, at least I have you guys.

Time since surgery: 15 months tomorrow

B: coffee and a Friendship Fit to Go 4% cottage cheese

S: P3 pack: chicken, cheddar and peanuts

L: Buffalo chicken salad, 34 degree rosemary crackers and a cheese stick

D: Baked pork chop and caramelized butternut squash. I've been on a pork chop kick lately. Because they are yummy.

TOTALS: Cals: 875 Protein: 93 Carbs: 51 Fat: 33

Since OH deleted my original post--I'll just give you the highlights! Everything was homemade with perfect portions and not a stray carb to be seen.

Time since surgery: almost 6 months

B: 1 Fried egg w/ cheese, 2 slices bacon

S: vanilla Greek yogurt & granola

L: probably a salad...with chicken

D: No idea... wold love Steak & broccoli though..I think I'll try and run to the market on lunch

WOW KRISTEN!! AMAZING VICTORY! (now I have the STP song Creep in my head "I'm half the man I used to be")

I didn't check in yesterday because I washome super sick. After resting all day and eating nothing but junk (shame on me) I feel sooo much better today. I have gained 5 lbs over the last week. I'm hoping some of that is water weight but I'm not holding my breathe. I'm hopeful I finally have this nasty cold/infection beat! I want to exercise damn it! This weekend should be good. My hubbie and son are off duck hunting on Saturday night so it will be a girls weekend for me and my girl. We always go shopping and watch girlie movies. I love our time alone

B: Coffee with cream, oatfit oatmeal with PB

S: String cheese and nuts

L: Chicken, sweet potato and cranberry salad

S: Skinny Latte

D: Unsure

W/V: Started

E: I may go for a walk tonight but I don't think I'm going to chance a run yet.
