I'm So Excited!
Congratulations on your first "breaking thru the stall" in your new baratriac life style. I would love to tell you it gets easier after surgery, but the stalls will be a part of your new life. You may go one day without weight loss in the beginning, and later, 3-4 days without a weight loss, and then 1 week. But the big picture is DOWN. Sometimes I go 6 days and maybe gain 1 pound and on the 7th day I lose 3, and next day lose another pound. There really is no rhyme or reason, just eat on plan, and you will get to your goal.
