Oh that's an awful story! So glad it didn't end with worse injuries! I'm pretty convinced that I'm going to meet my maker someday by tripping and smashing into something with my pants down. It will be the story that EMTs tell over beers for the rest of their lives!
Happy shopping day, I will admit I am jealous but hope you have so much fun (while some of us are stuck at work)!! And, my that sounds painful, take it easy!!
Time since surgery: 1 year + 1 month
B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese, fruit (apple slices, dried figs and grapes)
L: Cloud bread, deli turkey, Swiss cheese, baby carrots and hummus and blueberry yumminess (AKA ricotta bake)
S: Quest pumpkin pie bar and a SF iced latte made with Fairlife milk
D: Sweet and spicy tuna, some spinach, light and fit yogurt and some artic zero
E: 45 mins stepper
V/W: On track

Oh that Quest pumpkin bar . . . I love it. Totally addicted. Shared my addiction with my sister. I am limiting myself to one a day, but pumpkin is my jam! I found Coffee Mate sugar free creamer and have been using it in my tea once a day. Trying not to fall back into old habits with my love of all things pumpkin.
They say women have better night vision then men-- so imagine how badly your hubby would have banged himself up if he'd gone out there :-) Take solace i the face women are supreme...even in the dark LOL.
I'm leaving early today for a meeting with my sons teachers. I concerned about low test grades that have been coming home, though yesterday they sent home an interim report with all A's(??). I need some clarity. when it come to my kids education I'm the squeaky wheel...actually I rattle the whole damn car!
Breakfast: 1/4 c Oatmeal to 1/2 c milk- splenda sweetened. 1/2 c. diluted OJ (chose this is to nurse my sore throat/cold)
S: Vanilla Yogurt and pumpkin Spice flax granola
L. Chicken breast over SW style salad
