Spleen?

So i posted last week about how I got a repair from an ulcer perforation. Well since then for a month now under my left boob or rib is killing me. Also lower left. It's not the gallbladder it is the opposite side. Blood pressure super low, dizzy when I stand. Anxiety, can't sleep at night. Shoulder pain on and off and it hurts way worse when I eat. I think it's my spleen. Has anyone had issues like this? I have an appointment with my surgeon Friday but I think I might call tomorrow. It's getting worse and worse. Tramadol isn't helping. In so so much pain!

call the doc. you may have an ulcer in remnant stomach... that can't be scoped..
