Hello all, cranky pouch this morning, so I am sticking to liquids and soft foods all day until she calms down. Last night I had some chicken that did not sit well and threw up for hours and hours until I remembered the anti-nausea meds. Awful.

...11 weeks out today...

B: Combo of Chocolate Unjury and Click Mocha shake

L: Pumpkin Spice Greek Yogurt (I started sprinkling on some "Pumpkin Spice" flavoring from the spice aisle to give it a little more kick--delish!)

D: Hood Chive Cottage Cheese

S: Premier Protein (heated up as cocoa)--thanks a million to whoever shared that idea!

Exercise

Already did my 2 mile walk/jog this morning, and tonight is a hot yoga night!

That was me with the Premier Protein - i have really been enjoying it now that the weather has turned cooler.

It is hard in the beginning with 'cranky pouch' days. ugh. I found after 6 months things got much better...only have the occasional flare-up of cranky pouch. :)

Good idea to add extra pumpkin spice- yummmmm

Hmmm AV - "Black and Tan"???? Do you see a theme here?

My exercise has been sporadic and I really fell off the wagon last week besides shopping/walking.... Decided to start the 21-day-fix exercise DVDs to try and get back in a daily routine. My beloved swimming is over. It is in my extensive exercise DVD collection that I own and have never done. I actually really liked it, and like that it changes it up every day. Did it first thing this AM.

This weekend was crazy busy. My baby brother was in from Seattle, so I had a houseful on Saturday. I made a taco bar, and I will admit I probably ate a bit too much. We went to the cider mill and got donuts and cider. We wanted to pick apples, but it was sooo cold and rainy that there was no way we could take the little ones out into the orchard. I only had a few sips of cider and no donuts (not even a bite, I am so proud of myself). I had some tortilla chips, which I feel a little guilty about, but overall, I think that I did well.

Sunday was shopping day. I went to Ulta and got some It! cosmetics powder and a makeup brush set. I am obsessed with It! cosmetics. I have severe rosacea and their CC+ cream covers it like no other makeup Iâ??ve seen before. One of the downsides is that I read the ingredient label, and the cream has snail slime in it. Seriously, if I had read it before I bought it and tried it, I wouldnâ??t have touched it. But since it works so awesome, whatâ??s the harm of a little snail slime compared to looking like a tomato? One day Iâ??ll get brave and post a pic of before and after the makeup. This stuff is like magic.

Anyway, I am getting better with the protein and Iâ??m trying to have a shake or something every day to supplement. Iâ??ve been really bad about the vitamins, but I am determined to get them all in. I forget, and I am working to set up a schedule where I wonâ??t forget anymore. Iâ??m starting to feel a bit run down and I honestly think itâ??s because the hit or miss vitamin consumption.

Food for today:

B: 1 scoop unjuy vanilla, 4oz of fairlife fat free milk and 4 oz of coffee smoothie. Delicious.

L: 3.5oz gluten free meatloaf and 2 oz of steamed cauliflower. My husband has gone semi-paleo and weâ??re doing the gluten free thing. I used rolled oats ground in the food processor as a binding agent. It was tasty.

D: Curried Turkey burgers (meat only) and brussel sprouts with bacon

S: Triple Zero Peach Yogurt, laughing cow queso fresco chipotle with Maryâ??s gone crackers herb flavor (half a serving of crackers).

Cal: 759 Protein: 86 Carb: 46 Fat: 24

Water is started and I freaking forgot my vitamins this morning. Iâ??m using liquid, so itâ??s hard to pack it to take it with me. I hate to take it on an empty stomach because it makes me feel ill by itself, and I donâ??t usually eat until I get to work ( itâ??s a bad habit, I really should eat at home)

Sounds like you did great - No donut with Apple Cider???? Awesome!

I have been using the It Cosemetics Powder foundation. I really like it. I like it because i can get as much or as little coverage as I want and it never looks 'cakey'.
