What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
I bought cream cheese and cream of tartar this weekend so I can attempt the cloud bread! I'm excited to try it!
ETA: Any tricks or tips you can offer?
They were actually pretty quick and "painless" to make. The only tip I would say, if you are using the block kind of cream cheese let it soften up a bit instead of using straight from the fridge (like maybe 15 mins). I use parchment paper and they don't sick at all. I seem to enjoy them more the 2nd day (I store them in tupperware with wax paper between them). I froze a few from a batch I made this weekend because I want to see if they freeze well. Have fun!

Aw, I miss 90 degree weather already! I am such a summer girl...no idea why I live in Massachusetts!
One of these days I am going to try that Cloud bread....
As far as 'alternative' Pastas - I have tried them all - Black bean, edamame - low carb... and they all make me gag. last week I tried Ezekial Linguine - from the makers of Ezekial bread. I didn't care for it going down - but my body agreed I guess because about 1/2 hour later it was coming up.
I have decided if I really want pasta, I am just having it. Conscious decision though.

Yes - and I like them but they are a real veggie, not a hybrid....
