Good morning! It's been chilly all weekend so I decided to rock a chunky cable knit sweater, legging and tall boots to work this morning. I'm comfy and stylish (win-win). I also had pumpkin spice creamer in my coffee this morning so I can already tell it's going to be a good day. I was at Target last night and resisted all things pumpkin spice. They had an entire section devoted to it. Pumpkin spice granola, oatmeal, shredded wheat, mini muffins, oreos, and even english muffins! They also had pumpkin spice cheesecake cookies, chocolate truffles and lollypops! Holy trendy batman! They also have their holiday creamers out!! Pumpkin spice and Peppermint Mocha are available in sugar free :)
Ok, enough of my Pumpkin Spice rambling. This weekend was good. I taught swimming lessons and went grocery shopping. I also ran for the first time since my race. It felt good. I didn't push hard so I really enjoyed it.

Good Morning! We have some Fall weather too, but it's supposed to be 90 by the weekend again. Had a great time at the 5k yesterday as the thunderstorm we had was quick and stopped in time for the walk. It does sound like you have a wardrobe full of coats now-fun! I have seen a few people mention the black bean noodles and I finally found them and wonder why I waited so long to hunt them down...Yummmy! I also bought a bag of the edamame/mung bean fettuccine to try.
