I'll be rooting for you!  I think that's one of my last long training runs.  My 1/2 is on November 13th (I think)  It will be the second one I've run and I'm starting to get nervous!

As some of you may remember, I cannot WAIT to buy regular sized tall boots!!!!  EEEKKKK Next Fall for sure ;)

Rainy day here in NH.....no walk for me this morning.  Tonight I may try out the sworkit app that Anny suggested yesterday!

5 Months 3 weeks since surgery

B: 3/4c Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop syntrax milk chocolate

S: Dannon L&F Greek yogurt

L: 1 turkey zucchini fritter with 1oz sargento RF mozz cheese

S: 2 Baybel light cheese

D: 1oz chicken breast, 1oz RF cheese, 1/2c romaine, 1 tbsp lite Cesar dressing (eating at mom & dad's like every wednesday, so I dont have much to choose from)

Totals: Cals: 653  Protein: 87  Carbs: 22 Fat: 25

HW: 328 Program start weight: 309 SW:275.8 CW: 154.6 (12/14/16)
