Back on Track!

Had my surgery over 10 years ago.  And, I went from 320 to 145 then gain 120 pounds back.  Got very sick with renal failure and can't eat much of anything.  Today I went to the doctor and have lost 22 pounds since I became ill on August 13 today I weighted 244 so it is good progress.  My blood pressure has normalized although I take BP medication due to my kidney condition.  The good thing is that I can't really eat that much of anything since my pouch hasn't stretched that much if anything.  I just ate little of the wrong things.  I am happy with the progress since my life depends on it.
