I do the same thing, I panic when the weight isn't going anywhere, then all of sudden I drop 2 lbs.  Try not to let it get to you.

BTW, you look awesomely badass in your photo!

That hike was SO MUCH FUN!!  I can't wait to go again :)

My ears looks funny when I wear that headband thing, BUT it is supposed to catch sweat and keep my hair back.....so I deal with the strange dumbo look! HHAHA

Melissa Sue you look amazing!  I LOVE your headband!  Where did you get it?  I need one of those for all my little fly away's that fall out of my ponytail while I jog.  Love it.

Keep up the great work, the scale will move.  You know ALL of us have been there, the panic of OMG what have I done wrong, the scale is not moving.  Relax and keep doing what you are doing.  You are doing so well, your menu looks great.  The scale will move.

You are a wonderful person to support your friend in her time of need.  Happy house hunting and apple picking!

I love the headband, it stays in place and works great!  It is an itfit band, they are Buy2 get 1 free :)

I have got to get these headbands, too. Since I cut my hair, its too short for a real ponytail, but I need my har off my forehead and neck when i am working out... this looks like it would do the trick!

You are just a beautiful girl!  Period.

You are doing so awesome! And, we all feel the same when that friggin' scale won't move! And, don't let your head mess with you about the weight loss stopping... our brains are great game players... the whole head hunger thing, thoughts like never losing weight again... it's all about fear of change.

My weekend will be spent doing homework-  Doing a small essay on language pathology and then starting research for a paper on dementia.  Good times!

Just something I want to do to keep myself accountable-  I'm going to post if I veered from my planned menu for the day.  Here's what I wound up having yesterday instead of what I planned:

B: Coffee, tea

S: half a protein shake

L: Cream of corn soup (only three bites), half a roll (damn you, bread!)

S: Babybel cheese, protein shake from gym

D: Cream of celery soup

Cal: 671  Pro: 70.5 g  H20: 65 oz

..............................................

One month, 29 days since surgery.

What I'm planning for today:

B: Protein shake (and generally sipped on throughout the day, too)

S: Coffee

L: Tomato soup

S: Protein shake from gym

D: Cream of celery soup and 1 Babybel cheese

ETA my W/V started

E: 1 hour in the pool

Cal: 764  Prot: 78.5 g  H20: at least 48 oz, as I'll be drinking all day

And my pictures are pretty much the same as last week, but I'll post them again:

From 8/19/15

From 9/23/15
