What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning! NSV to report! I'm wearing size 10 pants and a medium shirt today, thankyouverymuch. And you know what that makes me want to do? Celebrate with food. LMAO I am, and always will be, a work in progress. But you guys are my tribe, so you feel me, right?
Speaking of food (HA!), I'm in need of inspiration right now. Grilling season is winding down, so that means I'll be heading back into the kitchen and actually cooking meals. I have my regular rotation, but what's in yours? What's your go-to legit dinner that always satisfies? As for me, I make a mean chicken piccata that my whole family loves. And chili is always on the menu. LOL

Congratulations on your wonderful NSV Kristen! Your hard work is paying off and I'm sure you look hot!
I finally picked up the pants my sil was hemming for me. I am finally wearing a size 16 pants today. It feels good to not be wearing my baggy capris, I think I look pretty hot today myself!
I am known as the "Soup Nazi" by my family and friends, but I also love to make beef stew, pork tenderloin, or a nice roast chicken dinner, a good meat sauce (for my zucchini noodles and family's pasta) and chili is on the menu often too. I no longer make some of my former favorites like baked macaroni & cheese or lasagna and I've never been much of a baker, though I used to make a mean banana bread and some delicious Heath bar squares which I still make ocassionally for my daughters boyfriend.
