Good morning all!  So, I was just thinking about how I distribute my calories throughout the day.  I tend to eat most of them by lunch, with lunch being my biggest meal of the day; "biggest" being a relative term, of course.  And I very rarely have an evening snack.  Although last night I did have ice cream, all logged and accounted for.  LOL  I find it interesting that even though we all had the same surgery, we all have different ways of meeting our macros.  Just musing...

Time since surgery:  14 months +

B:  Click Mocha

S:  Chobani strawberry banana Greek yogurt

L:  Buffalo chicken salad on 34 degree crackers, a Cabot cheese snack and a couple zucchini squares

I tend to eat most of my calories between 10am and 2 pm.  No clue why, its just when I feel the most hunger.  I'm battling a upset tummy this morning and I have been to the restroom too many times already.  I'm not sure if its a bug or just nerves for this weekend's race.  I had a dream last night that I forgot my wetsuit and had to buy one at the race.  It was too big and brown and orange (hideous).  I woke up scared to death but laughing.  Oy!  What have I done??

Time since surgery: 14+ months

B: Coffee with cream

S: Premier Protiein Bar Dark Chocolate Mint (DEVINE!)

L: Edamame and Miso Soup

S: Iced coffee

D: Gilbert's Chiptotle Chicken Sausage

S: Protein Shake post workout

W/V: Started

E: 20 min run (taper is killing me)

Totals: Calories 1029, Protein 82, Carbs 68, Fat 50

Ok here is how I see your "nighmare" from last night.  I know when I was at my biggest, if I needed to buy clothes somewhere for some reason....it was HORRIBLE because I couldnt fit into anything!!  ugh

One time we went away with the kids for a weekend (wasnt planned), and had to buy swimsuits on the fly...it was HORRIBLE trying to find something that fit....I cried....a lot

So at least if you DID forget something, at least you are small enough that you could probably find something to wear! lol

So true!  I remember trying to find a shirt on the fly when we went to Florida.  It was not pretty!  ;)

I'm sure it's partially nerves, but I know you are going to rock that race!  I know the day before my first half marathon (Tinker Bell at Disneyland) I had HORRIBLE stomach issues and visited literally every bathroom we passed at Downtown Disney.  All nerves!  Good luck!!!
