Good Morning!  This is quick because I have a payor meeting in like 5 minutes.  Stupid work.

Time since surgery:  14 months

B:  coffee and leftover cheesy zucchini squares.  These are like crustless quiche, but not really.  Whatever they are, they're good.

S:  Click Mocha!

L:  Buffalo chicken salad won 34 degree crackers, Cabot cheese snack and celery sticks w/a wedge of Laughing Cow

D:  It's Meet the Teacher night at my son's school, so I lieu of the BK or McD's they boys are sure to pick up, I'm having my black bean burger topped with a slice of cheddar and an over easy egg.

TOTALS:  Cals:  819  Protein:  76  Carbs:  55  Fat:  37

This seems a little low, so I might add a snacky-snack in here somewhere. Have a great day!

Your menus always sound so appetizing!  You don't ever seem to get in a rut!

And, blueberry yogurt is not my fave either...

Highest weight - 440 lbs, Surgery weight - 395 lbs, Current weight - 291 lbs.

I am ALWAYS making new recipes for dinner!!  I love cooking and finding new things to make!  My snacks are always pretty much the same though, but I am ok with that for now :)

I hardly ever repeat the same recipe in a two week time frame, unless it was really good and I want it again! lol

Do you have a recipe for the homemade low carb cheeseburger soup?  It sounds delicious!

I never said it would be easy. I said it would be worth it.
