What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
There is definitely a crispness (COLD) to the air in the mornings. I like fall, don't get me wrong, but I HATE WINTER and fall reminds me of everything to come. I am such a debbie downer. I have training today so I had to dress up for work. All of my clothes are big again. I seriously thought I was done losing weight and I really don't have the money to buy more new clothes. I know, ***** moan and complain when I'm bigger and do the same thing once I'm smaller. Its a vicious cycle ;)

45 degrees this morning here too in Cincinnati. Rolled down the windows and loved it....the kids not so much.
Fall and Spring are definitely my favs. I love the cooler mornings and evenings with the perfect afternoon temps.
Last night was day 3 of going to the gym and I almost danced right out of my pants. So first order of business today was ordering smaller gym clothes. I do have a question for all you gym pros. What is the best way to ge****er in during a workout? Or is it best to wait till after? I took a few swallows last night during zumba class and the air made me feel awful ****il the obnoxious burp came out--thank goodness for loud music). Do I need to do something a little different during exercise to keep the air intake down?
B--mini sausage biscuit
S-grapefruit

S-cheese

I say hydrate afterward- Then again, I am very, very new to working out. It just seems to make sense, though. You should be hydrated enough before the workout. Do the exercise, and then fill up your proverbial water tank again. *nods*
And go you for doing zumba! *high five*

I'm sure there will be some kind of snack before bed, just have no idea what yet (since it is only 9:15 in the morning lol)
I ALWAYS say that I will NOT weigh myself during "shark week", yet I always do.....obviously the scale was not nice to me this morning....jerk
I used this recipe, but with almond flour instead of the pork rinds. I also used half 93% ground beef and half 93% ground turkey.
I have not made theworldaccordingtoeggface version, but she has never let me down!
