Victory!
Congrats, Deanna!
My husband is making it hard for me, too. 2 months ago, I was 340 and he was 330 (he had gained 30lb after having knee surgery) and cleaning out our cabinets at home helped a lot. Unfortunately, the pounds literally just MELT off of him. He's down to 275, whereas I am down to 315. I know everyone loses weight at different rates, but holy hell, 55lb is a big head start to my 25lb lost!
Fortunately, his goal weight is 180-200 or so, whereas mine is 140. He may hit his goal before I do (without surgery) but I *will* weigh less than him eventually!

Congrats to both you and your hubby. Big kudos to you both for sticking together and working as a team.
I wish my hubby would make a little more effort. He thinks that since medication can control his diabetes, he should be fine. He is eating better, but he's by no means completely changing the way he eats. He ate a large bag of chips on Saturday while watching football.
I have no problem with him having snacks in the house, since that's never been a trigger food for me. HmmmHmm, maybe I should lie and tell him I can not have that stuff in the house, may to keep him from having it.
Congratulations! I finally weigh less than my husband too. Now he can't complain that I stretch out his shirts when I wear them. And another great feeling is watching football and knowing that I weigh less than most of the players on the field.
Keep up the great work!
