Waking up with stomach pains`

I wake up every morning with a stomach ache.  I talked to my doctor about this and I am on Protonix 2x a day instead of only 1.  Hasn't really helped. anyone else having this problem (I'm 5 weeks out).  This drives me crazy!

Keep in close contact with your surgeon until they find why and what they can do for this.  Could be you are still healing.....

I was told that this could be related to the pouch being dry.  I am 2 weeks post op and it went away but since I am never lucky enough to sleep the whole night I keep a glass of ice water on the night stand.
