I just adore this family pic!  You are tiny Emipie!! I had to crack up that you got your dog on your shoulder in the selfie, you got skills!

Keep up the great work you are doing, enjoy the water park.  How wonderful for you & your family that you want to go to a waterpark now, I know pre surgery I would not step one foot near one!!  Have a blast!!

Good morning!  Happy Anniversary AV!  Have fun on your road trip!  It's moving day here at the office so I am wearing yoga capris and a t-shirt.  Whoo hoo to being comfortable.  My menu is horrible today due to moving and the bosses providing lunch and treats.   This weekend is jam packed with activities.  I am hoping to stay on track eating except Monday, which is my son's 11th Birthday, when I will have a piece of cake :)  Here is my photo from this morning:

S: DD Munchkins

L: Milio's Sandwich

S: Iced Coffee with Cream

D: Pulled chicken

HAVE A WONDERFUL LONG WEEKEND EVERYONE!

You are SUCH an INSPIRATION Nikki.   I LOVE your t-shirt.  I love how you have embraced this journey and you are being You to your full potential, you look gorgeous, its all right there in your smile.  Just curious if doing triathlons and Iron-man's was ever a secret dream of yours or you just decided to try it one day.  I ALWAYS wanted to be a runner, that was my secret dream for myself. I would always look at other joggers with envy when I was 250 lbs and think to myself, WOW I would never be able to do that.  And now I run daily and just trying to figure out what is the next "secret" dream I have is for myself...

Keep up the great work, you look awesome!
