I'm 4 weeks it and my loss  has  completely stopped.  It is driving me crazy. I know I've seen it over and over again that this happens,  but it really is so frustrating.

I haven't been a active as I should,  now that I'm back at work and I sit at my desk all day.

Someone,  please tell me I'm  going to start losing again,  soon.

I had a stall at around 4 weeks, it lasted for about 2 weeks before I started losing again. That scale will move. :)

You are likely to have many stalls along your weight loss journey, so it is best that you make peace with it now. Stay off the scales if it is making you crazy.  Remember, this is the rest of your life, not a diet with an end point. You body will do what it does. It will not respect any time table that you impose on it, so relax and enjoy the ride!

Hi Deanna798,

As long as you have enough protein, H2O, and keep your cals low, you'll lose.  As others have said, stalls will happen.  You and I had surgery about the same time, so I'm pretty sure I'm up for one as well.

I don't keep a scale in my home, but will be visiting my doc every month or so to see how my loss is progressing or not.

*hugs*

It's a journey,

I think that's the problem,  I weigh every morning.  I've seen slow but steady loss,  but it recently stopped and has fluctuated up and down a pubs for the lady 4 days.

I'm also pretty constipated (I know,  tmi) so maybe when that clears I'll have lost!

I feel your pain.  No weight loss last week, 1.5 lbs this week.  How is it possible when I eat like a bird.  Almost all protein, water, some fruit and veggies, never more than 1/2 cup and I DON'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT?  It's not physically possible!

I almost always find that once I get past the constipation thing, the scale starts moving again.

I'm in that ''stair step" mode, and also wonder to myself "I haven't had more the 600 calories a day for months, how can weight loss NOT be happening every single day"???!!!

It's frustrating, but if you're sticking to the plan, the weight WILL.  COME.  OFF.

Hang in there.
