When the scale doesn't move make a list of NSVs. That does help you feel better. Sometimes the scale doesn't move but good things are happening.

I totally understand!!  I had lost 21 lbs in the first the 3 weeks and I was weighing myself everyday which was awesome while I was losing fast but as it started to slow down, it totally bummed me out!  Weeks 4-7 were so slow and I was sooo upset!  I was constantly on this blog looking at everyone's numbers as If I was some mad scientist number analysts.  So I had a friend who is 4 years out post wls, tell me to only weigh myself once a week (as opposed to my hundred times a day)  So I have stuck to only Saturday and Sundays, I don't let in the morning weigh ins before work determine whether or not it is going to be a good day.

Also with all my number watching on this site, I certainly noticed a trend:

Month 1 -always a big number, like 18-33 lbs

Month 2 - decent but less than month one like 10-16n lbs

Month 3- decent but less than month 2 or similar 8-15 lbs

and it keeps decreasing on until maintenance.

Like others have said, Water, Protein, exercise don't weigh yourself everyday and even if you have lost 1lb in a week your are still losing.

HUGS- we will get there- be hopful

I am in the same boat. I lost a bunch in the few couple of weeks and the last two weeks I have barely budged. It is frustrating as can be. I am tracking everything I eat. I actually hate food at this point and the act of eating. I feel you that now I am back to work I need to start upping my workouts since I have now been cleared by the doctor. :D It will be great and you WILL start losing again!
