What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning everyone... I am actually posting before noon!

Working OT today, tomorrow and Thursday... only 2 hrs each day but I have come prepared, food wise! Tomorrow is my 6 mth surgiversary and at the beginning of my journey, I made a goal of 100 lbs off (after surgery) at my 6 month mark... it's not gonna happen! Was probably a little unrealistic anyway, even though I started a such a high weight.  Am discouraged, but not... if you know what I mean. Have been the same weight for over a week... we will see what tomorrow brings.

My menu today:

B: Tea with Truvia and a chocolate Premier Protein shake

L: 3.5 oz of sauteed shrimp (usually more than I  eat at lunch but I wasnt gonna leave 2 shrimp!), 1/4 Cup of green beans (if needed)

S: 1 oz beef jerky and a Kind bar (around 5 or so)

D: 3 oz of broiled mahi mahi (from yesterday... made it way too spicy), 2 oz of GG broccoli spears with butter sauce

Totals:  Calories - 719, Protein - 94, Carbs - 38, Sugar - 14, Fats - 23

ICD-10. Ack!  You just triggered my PTSD. 

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

I was thinking similar thoughts... so glad I don't bill anymore!

Me too on the ICD-10.  I work medical logistics now and I still have to do an HIPPA course every year and it irks me to no end...I haven't seen a patient in about 10 years!!!

Back on the bandwagon again after a weekend camping...fun. The buddy caught his first fish (he actually caught about 12, they were biting so much, itty bitty things but huge in his mind  Definetly good memories in the making!!!
