At two months I was doing about 500-600. Now I'm in month seven and do between 700-900/day. Some days are lower, since I'm still sometimes not hungry.

However, I think height and weight have to do also with how much you should be eating, and that's why it's all so individualized. For example, I'm only 3" taller than you but if I'm reading your stats correctly you're in the 290s now, right? So you may need more or less depending on your NUT...I'm in the 170s so a bit lighter with less calorie needs and loss has slowed down a lot but still heading down.

So I guess what I'm saying is don't overeat, eat bc you're bored, eat "naughty" stuff, etc. :) but make sure you're following your medical team's guidance. Also I lost so much hair between months 3-4.5 or so that I got it cut short, but the loss has definitely stopped over the past four to six weeks. So yes, it stops!

And if you don't feel well, get on the phone with your dr. I had pretty severe fatigue until a few weeks ago and was blaming it on surgery--I'd never had any before in my life and thought I wa**** hard from the anesthesia, infection, etc. But it turns out my PCP found I need thyroid meds. I started a low dose three weeks ago and feel much better!
