Am I eating too much?

Are you eating 6 meals per day?  I was not able to eat that much at one sitting at five weeks out.  I agree with what some people said about the protein and carbs.  It looks to me like you are eating too many carbs and not enough protein.  If you can eat solid foods which it looks like you can, cut the banana, apple sauce and potato.  I ate potato and sugar free apple sauce when I first stated soft food, but quickly switched over to higher protein food when I was able to expand my diet.  I had trouble getting enough protein when I ate those foods.  High protein and low sugar (including sugar from fruits) was more important to me than calories.  There are other fruits with less sugar than bananas.  I recommend counting your protein.  I used fitness Pro to help me figure out how much protein I was getting, but I think there is a page from this site that can help you do that.  Good luck, and try not to get discouraged.  Everyone is different, and stalls in weight loss are not uncommon.  You may find that you all of a sudden lose 5-6 pounds in one week.

I just looked at the graph of my weight loss and I slowed down a lot during my 5th week out, but dropped significantly at 6 weeks.

Yes, that is a lot of food for someone only 5 weeks out. That is more like what I was eating at 5 months out. Even now, at 8 years out, I wouldn't eat the oatmeal, banana, and cheese for breakfast. As already mentioned, a full cup of food is usually the recommended amount for after 6-9 months out.

As the others have said, lose the oatmeal and potatoes in favor of protein.

MANY people experince a "stall" after the first couple of weeks.  Use the search function and you will find literally hundreds of posts about it.

Lose the carbs (including fruit) for sure. I have a hard time eating protein food in the morning because my pouch just isn't ready. My go to breakfast is a cup of coffee (decaf prior to 6 months), 2 TB nonfat milk and a scoops of is pure vanilla protein powder mixed in once the coffee cools a bit. I get 27 grams of protein in and my pouch is happy. Plus it tastes even better than my Starbucks skinny vanilla latte! I've had this every morning for 6 months and I love it!!

How are you tracking your daily calories, protein, fiber, carbs, etc?

I can barely eat 1/2 cup in one sitting now, and I am over 2 months out.  You are definitely eating a ton of carbs.  Breakfast items like eggs are a lifesaver.  little bit of cheese, and some diced veggies.  You can get creative.  dannon light and fit greek yogurt is great!  its a good size, lots of protein, low calories and carbs.  I couldn't eat a whole one in the beginning but i eat most of one now.

Your NUT wants no snacking?  That seems odd.  I would not want to stretch my pouch to get everything in over 3 meals.  I'd rather break it up over the day.  keeps my pouch small, my hunger gone, and energy high.

Seems like lots of food for only 5 weeks out. At that point I was eating 1/2 c of food if that. I am three years out and eat 1/2 c oats with protein powder and a small serving of fruit like berries for breakfast. I don't eat til I feel full but instead measure out the food and just stop when gone. Sometimes I don't even eat the measured amount.

Your nut is a nut.  Listen to all of the advice above.  As a medical professional myself I can tell you, we are not all right all the time.  And yours is not right.

Also, light mayo and fat-free products have added sugar and fillers to make up for less fat.  Eat full-fat foods.  Fat does not make you fat, but filler chemicals and sugar do.
