I was a heavyweight with a BMI over 50 and only lost 11 pounds the first month. Everyone is different. Stick with it, follow the rules and it will happen.

You have lost 26 pounds in 39 days.  What exactly were you expecting?  There are very few diets in the world that could do that for you...

"Slow and steady wins the race" - never truer than in our case!!!

I believe I was more than 5 weeks out before the scale started to move and, like you, I was very concerned and I felt as though I had failed in some way.  Then, before I knew it, the scale had move - and considerably.

Everyone is different and your success cannot be compared to anyone else's progress.

Congrats and keep up the great work!!!
