The one below is from today. WOW! What a difference a year makes.

B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese, fruit (dried figs, apple slices, and grapes)
S: Pistachio thin addictives and a laughing cow cheese wedge
L: Mahi mahi salad and some chips at Rubio's
S: L&F Greek Strawberry cheesecake yogurt with 1/2 a banana mixed in, and a SF iced latte made with Fairlife milk
D: TBD
S: No sugar added outshine bar
E: 45 min. stepper
V/W: On track

I love the before and after photos! I need to get a picture up of my smiling face but I keep putting it off. I just need to grab the bull by the horns and do it.

No pictures of me today... I have never posted a picture here! LOL... I guess it is time. I may try to do a before and after post on next week's thread. I know there is progress on how I look but, I am still a big girl! It may be good for me to do a picture comparison since I have been stuck weight wise in the last week!
My plans this weekend is to go to gym on Saturday and Sunday, even if no one will go with me! Screw 'em... this is now gonna be my me time! I will plug in my earphones and walk, walk, walk.
My menu today:
B: Tea with Truvia and a chocolate Premier Protein shake
S: 1 oz of beef jerky
L: 2.5 oz of talapia with a tablespoon of 3 cheese ranch dressing and 2 oz of GG broccoli spears with butter
S: navel orange
D: Tuna Salad over lettuce (2.5 oz of tuna, 1 tablespoon Hellmans light mayo, 2 tablespoons NSA sweet relish, a dab of minced onions and celery seed), a little cucumber ranch dressing to mush up the lettuce more.
S: 1 cup of reduced fat chocolate FairLife milk (need that protein)
Totals: Calories - 776, Protein - 86, Carbs - 57, Sugar - 32, Fats - 27
Water/Vits: going in... and I have decided vitamins aren't so bad... getting more pro-vitamin in my head.
