Thanks, mamata2!  I'll definitely take a look!   I'm envious of your self-assurance.  I'm super self-conscious and have some scarring, so I'd rather be emotionally comfortable in the suit so I can focus on the swimming.  *nods* Come to think of it, I haven't worn a bathing suit since I was 16.  That's a looooong time ago LOL

Thank you, Navychic!  In just that short time, I've found some swim tights that I think will work.  Now I just need to get my measurements.

Good morning. I have set a goal for myself I want to be 10 pounds lighter than my husband. That would put me at 155. I have tweaked my menus and stopped adding wine to my menus. I will lose the next 25 30 pounds before Thanksgiving. I felt fine where I am at right now. I just know I need to lose more. I still have fat and it's not excess skin. People will say don't lose anymore you will look sick. I am like go suck an egg. 

B:Ricotta egg white scramble with ham.It is like ricotta pancakes I am just lazy. Saute the ham then pour the ricotta mixture over it

L:Tuna fish with pickles

D:Pork tenderloin green beans

S:Cheese stick or yogurt

Vitamins are in 40oz of water are down. Exercise is getting my house under control if that is possible.

So how do you make this Ricotta egg white scramble of which you speak? It sounds right up my alley

I use a 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese I use part skim. I use 1/4 cup of egg whites. I put some splenda and cinnamon in the mixture. I first saute about 2oz of ham and then pour the mix over the ham. I let it sit for a bit so it cooks then I just scramble it like I would scrambled eggs. I use sugar-free syrup just a bit on it.

You could use regular eggs. I choose egg whites since they come in a container that I can use in the microwave.
