14 years after the knife and still happy.
Glad to hear your decision for RNY 14 years ago still was the best decision for you!
I hope to continue to be pleased 14 years out too.
The other day, I was ordering tops and i was a MaddenGirl Small!
I never thought I could go from XXL/XXXL-to Teenager Small.
Yet hear I am!
1.8 years out and still loving mine too!

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
Skinny,
Omg a teenage small is amazing. Good to know that you are only 1.8 years and you are loving your Rny. How long did it take you to get to goal? I am thrilled to be buying clothes in the Normal area instead of XXL. Although my yoga pants are still 1X. Thats okay I need to just be patient. All will happen in good time.
Have a great week.

Seriously, i hit goal around 11 months after surgery. People say I look even skinnier now...but I am still 1 lb up from my lowest.
My "safe range" or "goal range" is 139-142 lbs.
Around 141 I get worried and 142 I pull the trigger.
I still get a thrill out of teens and normals. It is so nice to be NORMAL again.
Have you tried Zuilly. I have got some pretty haute clothes for 20-79.00 dollars there.
My latest score was a new pair of jeans for 9.99

I liked the dumping too. For me the surgery was a perfect carrot and stick. I did things right and got the carrots of weight loss and pretty clothes. Did things wrong and got sick and barfed in public places (very embarrassing).
I was slow to learn though. I got sick TWICE before I learned. A smarter person just would have been sick ONCE!
