I am 4 years out from surgery. My question is, although it may be dumb... if you are eating some chicken and a yogurt for lunch which do you eat first??? I feel dumb for asking, but i dont remember!

I'm presurg- but i would eat the one with the most protein first. So I would think that is the chicken

thats what i was assuming :) but was curious because the yogurt is so much thinner than chicken and other meats. Thanks for your feedback!
I always do the denser protein first (chicken in this case).
