I joke (but it's not a joke) that I work out to eat.  I still have an appetite and the ever-present head hunger, so I make sure to burn a lot of calories so I can still eat and maintain.  If I could survive on 1,000 calories a day, I would be a hell of a lot lazier :)

Good morning!  Yes, this weekend was hot!!  I decided to do my long run at 3pm on Saturday afternoon (because I wanted to sleep in, stupid me) and I was dying by the end.  Then I had to go to the pool and swim.  Needless to say I was BEAT Saturday night.  My training is really gettting intense and the scale is showing it.  I am going to need to figure out how to eat for this without overdoing it.

Time since surgery: 13 months

B: Oatfit Oatmeal and a handful of nuts

S: Coffee and cream

L: 1/2 Panera Asian Chicken Salad

S: Luna Protein Bar

D: Chicken thigh

W/V: Started

E: 22 m bike ride

Post workout: Protein Smoothie

S: Skinnny Cow Mint Ganache Cone

Totals: 1320 Calories, Protein 79, Carbs 133, Fat 56

Morning All! What a weekend! It is amazing how fast it goes by. On Thursday my kids head back to school. This Momma is all sorts of giddy and excited. :) 
I have really slacked off on my exercise the last month. Today I will re-commit myself to making time for ME! I havent gained any but I feel crappy and think thats the main reason why! I have met my personal goal I set back in April 2014, but part of me still wants to push for the best me possible. Its so frustrating! I have such a competitive nature that I am finding its my mind competing with my body! 

B: Atkins Chocolate Protein Shake

L: 2 Jalapeno Bombs, 1/2 HB Patty (doubt I will get the HB in, but I packed it so I will count it!)

S: Jack Links 1oz S&H, 1 oz cheese curds

D: 1 egg ham and cheese scrambler with verde

My brother makes these. He takes a jalapeno pepper cores it, then stuffs it with light cream cheese and wraps in a piece of bacon then grills it.....delicious!

We kinda do something like that also, minus the bacon. 

Again start with a jalepeno, core the seeds and insert a wedge of favorite cheese, I usually do about half of them with cheddar & the other with swiss or provolone.  Grill just long enough to sear outside and sooo yummy!  Although I gotta say your version sounds good too, may try that one next time!
