Well I have been "wrapping" my kids since Parker was a newborn.  So at home, out and about etc Elliot is on my back a LOT!!  But in a woven wrap instead of the hiking backpack!

No pictures for this thread for me yet - although, I have posted a collection of "before" pics on my OH profile that hurt to look at. Part of the process though! Maybe by publicly posting the pictures I am ashamed of, it'll help me let go and move on to the new healthy and fit phase of my life!

Fridays are my “hell day” at work. I am 3x as busy as my Mon-Thurs combined… hence no lunch and just 2 quick snacks.  Then it’s the weekend YAY!

Have a great weekend, all!

Good morning,

Weekend plans include school shopping with my daughter on Saturday and breakfast with my girlfriends from high school on Sunday.  We try to do this at least every couple of months, but it has been quite a year of changes for all of us, so it's been close to a year since we have all gotten together.

Time since surgery: 3+ mos.

B:  Premier Protein Shake and Coffee w/ creamer

L:  Leftover panko parmesan chicken tenders

S:  L&F Yogurt Strawberry Cheesecake

D:  ?  didn't take anything out, will have to find something

Have a great weekend everyone.

Happy Friday one and all! I am sleepy this morning since we were out late at the baseball game, of which I didn't even eat any part of a taco. It was crazy busy and at the beginning it would have been a 2 hour wait for a taco so we decided on just regular stadium food which was a chicken strips for me (not too great and cost 9.25!). The rest of the group got tacos in the 6th inning but at that point I wasn't even hungry anymore...no big. Tonight we will be attending a potluck style picnic so my menu is incomplete since I don't know what I will eat. We are bringing a fruit platter and I am thinking I will just toss a protein bar in the car just to be on the safe side. Other than that we have nothing on the agenda for the weekend as it stands (normal grocery shopping and all that hoopla of course) so I am hoping to start my new book since I finished Paper Towns (it was really good!) I decided to read The Fault In Our Stars. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Time since surgery: 11 1/2 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese, fruit (dried figs, apple slices, and grapes)

S: Chocolate banana thin addictives and a laughing cow cheese wedge

L: Grilled mahi mahi with a few tortilla chips and salsa

S: L&F Greek strawberry yogurt with 1/2 a banana mixed in, and a SF iced latte made with Fairlife milk

D: TBD

S: Multi grain cheerios with ancient grains

E: 45 min stationary stepper

V/W: On track

Totals:(without dinner) Cals:823 Protein:67 Carbs:108 Fat:12

Have a great one!
