PatchMD lab update
I just had my 6 month labs and all was good, but my B12 and D has dropped. PatchMD suggests using 2 patches, but I am going to do a round of B12 shots, prescription D pills, take a B12 sublingual and drink a glass of milk a day.
Still love the patches as I used to have a shoe box full of sups and needed a pill organizer. After a few years you just gag at the thought of taking all those pills. The patches have been great for me.

I struggle with low D as well, and my doc told me to double up. I use the multivitamin patch and the calcium/D patch each day.
I suck down a dropper of B12 a few times a day because it has a natural energy boost and is safe to do. Try it before you work out. You'll love how it makes you feel!
Your iron was ok? That is the one thing I was worried about.

I didn't see an iron patch on PatchMD. Are you using the MVI patch and that caused your level to go up? (iron or ferritin) I'm taking 9 capsules of VitaLady's Tender iron a day and my ferritin decreased from 49 to 37. I was taking 6 before.

When I got the lab results I emailed PatchMD and suggested they create an Iron patch. They suggested to use 2 of the multi. I remembered my good friend and mentor Charlie had severe iron issues and contacted her. Here is the link to the post I did on the main forum about my iron. It really worked for me.
