I am! Once the incisions were healed enough, I was cleared, as long as I am careful about not being too tough on the ab muscles :) So yesterday, I treated water, rather than the breast stoke... Felt great!

Even pre surgery, I had to be very cautious taking vitamins on an empty stomach. I think it's the B vitamins that have caused me to have very similar symptoms. Try having a shake rather than just the water, especially before the multivitamins, and you may not feel such a hit.

Try taking them with food since they are chewable and you don't need to drink.  I feel sick if I take mine on an empty stomach.

I never take my vitamins first thing in the morning, I have a bottle of water when I wake up, then I have a shake after I shower, then I take my vitamins.  Never take vitamins on an empty stomach.
