freaking freezing all the time!
I worked in a cold environment and I FROZE constantly. My co-workers would laugh cause under their frocks and work pants they wore shorts and t-shirts. I had 5 layers of clothes on! 3 months ago I transferred to the office where I still freeze. I have a insulated jacket I wear (its 75degrees in here) and have a space heater under my desk that runs non-stop. My house a/c is set on 79 and I still get chilled. My family all think I am nuts, but loosing a 160plus pound coat does that. My kids have a ac in their room and it just freezes me when I am in there!
Very normal. At almost one year out it is still uncomfortably cold for me on airplanes, restaurants, movie theatres, etc. My extra 100 plus pounds used to keep me nice and warm. At work it's the worst. I get up and walk or make coffee or tea when it's gets really bad.

It's so nice to know there's not something wrong with me. I used to be hot all the time. I was cold from the minute I woke up after surgery and haven't warmed up yet. I'm in Houston and we've been having 100 degree days. I actually feel relief when I step outside of my office building into the sun. Then I do start to sweat because 100 is just too stinking hot!!
We keep the thermostat at 78 at the house and there is a ceiling fan running, but I've always got a throw on me and one on my side of the bed.
I really need a sweater for the office, but kept thinking that being cold all the time would go away. It seems like I need to start looking for a sweater if this is going to stick around!
Feeling cold is a very common side effect. One thing that I have noticed that I haven't seen on any posts is that I get colder after eating. 15-20 minutes after eating it's much much worse - shivering and needing a blanket. It's not just me feeling cold either. My husband says I am really cold to the touch. It lasts about 30 minutes or so and then it's back to the normal "coldness". Anyone else?
