Starting my RNY surgery Journey

Hello everyone. I am currently going through my required steps for surgery. My question... Is there anyone out there that has been treated for ulcers from H. pylori and cured of the bacteria and ulcers and had the RNY successfully. It worries me because I hear that you can get ulcers again. Although my gastroenterologist cleared me for the surgery, I have heard that people getting the gastric bypass can get bleeding ulcers. My dr also have me on protonix and I can never have ibprophen or NSAIDs, aspirin. Has anyone had the surgery and been ok? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
