Ok, I can't hold out any longer!  I miss you all.  Day 3 of the low carb challenge.  Yesterday I managed 47 carbs.  I have also lost 3 lbs in 2 days.  I haven't seen this type of movement in forever.  Woot woot!

How did everyone else fare?

B: SF Latte and leftover Chiptotle

S: String cheese and beef stick

L: Deli Ham

S: Almonds

D: Chicken thigh

Post workout: EAS Carb Control Shake

S: Cheese curds

W/V: Started

E: 40 min run and 2800m swim

Totals: Calories 1274, Protein 106, Carbs 50, Fat 73

So far I havent seen any movement on the scale. Hoping to soon! 

B: Premier Protein Shake

S: Mozzarella Stick

L: Chopped Romaine Salad with Peppered Turkey, 1 oz of chz and a little ranch dressing

S: Jack Links Beef Jerky 

D: 1 egg scrambler with salsa verde and whatever low carb veggies I can find, possibly some shredded cheese. (Geesh I need to get to the store!)

S: Strawberries with Plain Greek Yogurt

E: Whatever and whenever I find time!! Ugh!

Good Morning! Great job on the carbs...that's just awesome.  Had a fantastic day at the beach yesterday and planning to enjoy the last day of my mini vacation (at least I only have a 2 day work week!). I did manage to eat really well yesterday(tried ahi tuna and loved it and just took 2 bites of my daughter's clam chowder) and got over 20,000 steps and an hour of tandem bike riding! 

Time since surgery: 11 months

B: SF latte, egg beaters with spinach and cheese, and a pear

S: Cranberry thin addictives and a laughing cow cheese wedge 

L: TBD

S: L&F Greek strawberry yogurt and a no sugar added outshine bar

D: Grilled steak and broccoli with cheese

E: 45 mins stationary stepper

V/W: On track

Totals without lunch: Cals: 736 Protein: 61 Carbs:91 Fat: 12

Good morning and congrats on the weight loss!! Things have been so hectic here that I haven't had time to check my totals. Since I have lost weight, I have all this energy and now I can't seem to sit still. I am always busy. I can't seem to clean enough.

Breakfast: light and fit yogurt and 1/2 premier shake

lunch: 2 slices salami with a slice of Colby cheese wrapped around a pickle

Dinner: salad, 1.5 oz shredded buffalo chicken and shredded cheese

Snacks: premier protein

No totals for today. Vitamins and exercise are done.
