Post op diet with special needs-thoughts?

I don't know if you plan to eat low carb vegetarian after surgery, but if so I just checked Amazon.com and there are several good low carb, high protein diet and cookbooks. I plan to get a few of them myself. I currently have one by Rose Elliott called "The Vegetarian Low-Carb Diet". It's quite good. I also just checked out the low carb vegetarian sure Simone else mentioned here and there's lots of good info & support there.
