If, after you increase your water intake, you still feel that gnawing hunger feeling, you might want to ask your doctor about a PPI.

I am preparing for my revision and reading back over all my old journals from when I was banded in 2009.  I used to stall, too, and it was so frustrating! But based on what I am reading, 99% of the time in the first few months, if I ate a little more (of the right stuff, of course), the scale would start moving!

Obviously, you need to follow your doctor's recommendations for calorie intake, but maybe a few extra sips of another protein shake wouldn't be so bad?

I agree with everyone else about the water, though! Increasing your water will solve a bunch of problems. Dehydration is your worst enemy and staying hydrated will also help keep you full :)

The problem with protein shakes is I cannot find one that I like, its hard enough to get one in. But I keep trying different ones maybe I will find one soon( HOPE ACTUALLY)

I hate hate hate all of the pre-made shakes, but I am a 5 star chef when it comes to making shakes at home that taste great! I start with a quality base of Unjury and add flavor to them in the form of Torrani Sugar Free syrups and Sugar Free Pudding mixes. I love my shakes! Keep experimenting and you will find some that work for you!
