Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since I had my Surgery, I was doing great for the first 2 1/2 weeks, weight was falling off now the scale has not moved  well it actually has been going up and down 2 numbers all week. It very depressing and I feel hungry a lot, my husband said it is because I do not eat enough I think I do. I do think is could be head hunger and im not sure how to deal with it.

This morning I woke up at 510am, I had one hard boiled egg at 815am, then I had one protein shake at 1145am and I am still hungry I feel it in my stomach that I am hungry today. I went on a mile walk before my protein shake. I know I have only had maybe one glass of water today(Yes I know not good). Any advice would be great thank you!

Definitely drink more water.  it will help.  when i am thirsty it equates to hunger.  Try drinking more and see if it helps the cravings.

I'm doing the exact same thing.   I did go down a pound.   But that's 1 pound in over a week.   Period is definitely on its way.

Seriously !!!! This early out if you feel hunger it's your body saying it needs water !!!

I used to also have difficulties getting my water in (I had the sleeve), yet somehow got a few apps to help track it. It got better, and now when I drink enough of water, I don't feel as hungry. One of the apps was of course MFP, and I also like Bariatric IQ.

Had surgery at Nordbariatric, with surgeon A. Maleckas.

Are you taking a PPI? Excess stomach acid can also make you feel feel hungry.
