What's on your menu, Wednesday?

I think next week I am going to attempt a no-carb challenge.  My carbs have been out of control lately.  Anyone else want to join me?  Let's make it a party (although not a very fun one, misery loves company)

No, some will have to be allowed.  I'm thinking of limiting myself to 40-50 a day.  That way I can still have dairy.

I'm in!   I try to keep the carbs low, but usually have one or two not so low days a week.

I'm in! I have been trying to do no more than 40 carbs a day for the past week anyway so a group challenge will help.

Highest weight - 440 lbs, Surgery weight - 395 lbs, Current weight - 291 lbs.

I don't know if I can go completely carb free, but I'm totally in if we set a low limit!  My loss is at a standstill and I'm willing to do anything to shake it up a bit!

Im in on the carb challenge also...My normal goal is @ 40 a day, but the last couple weeks ive been cheating and its gone from once a week to almost daily now...need to find a balance... yesterday it was a starbucks cake pop I mean really?!?!?!?   Are we going to have an official strat off or just tomorrow (today)?

I'm Jo   HW 245, SW 236, CW 151 Yeah (Normal BMI!!!!)
