Vitamins
I buy my carbonyl iron and dry vit D3 from vitalady. I get my generic Centrium Silver (no iron), Calcium Citrate, B12 etc from Walmart/Target, CVS or Kroger.
A lot of people are fooled into believing that the "bariatric" vitamins are better. Sadly, when you look at some of the ingredients on some, you find out that isn't true.
