Just got 6 month bIood work back. I really am in shock how much I've changed.
My Blood work is back and EVERYTHING is in acceptable levels. My cholesterol is GOOD 1st time since I was 26 years old(I am 56 years old now). Protein, B Vitamins, Iron, Potassium, D, ect all OK. No issues with gall bladder but my surgeon wants to get it scanned to be on safe side. Surgery was 6.5 months ago and I have lost well over 100 lbs. Went to the clothing store today and again amazed at what size I am fitting into. At first this whole adventure was really good now I am just amazed!!I am reposting my Presurgery Pic from Oct 2014-(9 months ago) along with a couple from today (with no shirt on - something I absolutely would never have done and had not done my entire life).
