Get hot after eating/ drinking

After I eat or drink, not all the time...I get flushed in my face. For instance I just drank 24 oz of water and I got this hot flash deal thing going on. Does not hang around long but is common after many many times of eating/ drinking, of coarse not at same time. Any one else this happens to? Thanks any one for your thoughts, three years out Oct, and you all continue to keep me on track!

that is my trigger that tells me that it is time to stop eating.  i am 4.5 months out and happy to have figured out that the heat flash is my warning that i have reached my max.  

I get hot after eating or drinking warm liquids. I don't get hot after drinking pure water.... But I can't drink pure water. Adding flavors makes it drinkable.

But .... If adding those flavors to my water makes me hot, that means that I am allergic to something in that. 

Allergy = inflammation= raised heat level.. 

That happens to me if i eat or drink something too fast. Try eating/drinking slower and see if that helps :)

Thank you for your ideas, ya know I downed tha****er so fast I bet I am drinking and eating at times to fast. I will work on this, Thank you all!
