What do you mix in your yogurt ?

I'm looking for ideas to put some flavorful crunch into my yogurt (low-carb crunch of course).... I would do a search, but it wont let me for some reason !!

Recently I've started using almonds, both flavored and plain, to give a bit of texture.  I've also become really fond of mixing in some SF jello pudding flavors (cheese cake, pistachio, banana cream!) to pump up the flavor.  I mix it in with greek100 yogurt, the whole or chopped almonds and then let it sit in the freezer for 15 minutes.  Yummy.

Hey Laura !!  Yeah, I've been a bit naughty lately and gained back about 10 lbs ..... Time to nip it in the bud !! I was thinking Kashi also, I'm gonna try it !!!

I love slivered almonds with blueberries or raspberries in Fage plain yogurt with some splenda or stevia to make it sweeter.  It's my daily go-to afternoon snack.

Yum! I am digging chia seeds in my yogurt. It adds a little protein and crunch!  I second the almonds and PB2 also.  I am so bummed when I've had too many carbs to eat my evening yogurt.

Big fan of slivered almonds with Light & Fit coconut & key lime.  I like pb2 in the strawberry cheesecake.
