TODAY I JOGGED

I am worried about my knees.  So I am just taking it slow and if it starts to hurt, then I guess I will have to stop.  I get a little creaky sometimes so I know they are not in the best shape.

That's fantastic!!! I'm thinking of trying it myself. You are inspiring. I know even baby steps take will power. I had some planter fasciatis issues & Achilles heel pain so I quickly gave up some early attempts but I've had some recovery. Sometimes the heel pain revisits. I guess I'm scared that it might inflame these feet issues again but now I'm so jealous that I guess I should give it a go! Well done!!!

You might just surprise your yourself!  I am just going really slow for a short period.  I remember a trainer telling me once that I could do anything for a minute :)
