12 Years

I woke up and realized that I had surgery 12 years ago today.  It has been a journey of ups and downs, but never a decision I've regretted and would do again in a heartbeat.  I initially lost 150 lbs, gained back 60 and have lost 40 of that over the past year by using my tool and remembering the "rules". I have tons of energy to keep up with my grand kids and I'm here to see my daughter get married next month.

If you're on the fence about surgery or just had surgery and are feeling discouraged or frustrated with things, remember it's worth it a million times over.

I love seeing VETS/people who had the surgery a long time ago, coming in and still appreciating their tool.

I hope to feel the same way you do in 12 years!

Great testimony!

Thank you!

Thank you for sharing. Showing regain is totally possible and that you can lose it if you follow what you are supposed to do.

It is so encouraging to know that down the road if I slip up, I still have my tool and can dig it out of the shed and use it again to fix it.

Happy surgiversary!!!

Congratulations  Jennifer!! We are kind of in the same boat- I am 10 yrs out in Sept and lost 160 pounds and have gained abt 50 pounds back. I walk 5 miles a day and watch calories. Would you mind telling me what you did to get back on track? I would greatly appreciate it.
