Ok I seriously hate periods!!!!

Of course after getting to onederland for the first time in my adult life I get down to 196 and my period comes and shoot all the way to 202!! Really?! Been slowing going up all week. Better start dropping fast! Just so frustrating to see that 2 again!

It happens! Every stinking month it happens! When I hit under 200lbs my period came back, along with the cravings for carbs and the bloating. 3 weeks out of the month I am perfectly happy with my weight, I eat as healthy as I can, exercise daily and then WHAM! its here and all I want is to sleep, munch on anything with carbs and gain 3-4 lbs. Then its like I struggle the rest of the month to get that 2-4lbs off and then some just to re-gain it the next month! Frustrating, I know!!

Ugh, period water gain is real!  I hold on to water for a week and then spend the next week peeing it out.  I hear you on your frustation--I went through the same thing.  Keep on losing and soon enough that 6 lbs of water won't put you over 200 again! :D

I know period time sucks, but I can't wait for my weight related amenhorrea to go away after my wls ! So it's a blessing and curse :)
